Justin Bieber's relation to Illuminati might have been through his tattoo. His 'believe' tattoo has one eye that might means the All Seeing Eye, which is Illuminati. He also has the owl tattoo which pretty much means the same thing. In Victoria's Secret, Justin Bieber said that the owl tattoo has a secret meaning. He was also thought to have been a victim of the Monarch Mind Control, which lead him to his douche bag-ish doings. 

Let me think. Well, his 'believe' tattoo would probably mean nothing and he was probably looking for attention. The owl tattoo was probably a really bad pun, 'OWL see ya later!' or it might be, from what he tweeted to his fans, that the owl means wise, majestic and powerful (why is he putting a tattoo showing the opposites of him?). 

Also, the fact that he got mind controlled to be a douchebag would probably be an excuse that he's being a douche bag not by choice. So yeah, that's what I think. If you don't want to believe my thoughts, then I hate you for that. I almost got cancer from writing this.
